Burak Hakan
Optimizing Operations, Standards & Training
Drawing on 34 years of hospitality mastery in Turkey and the UK, including a 19-year British tenure. Architect of the SOPs for all 27 Malmaison and Hotel du Vin sites. Expert in fiscal precision and lean management.
Taner Gundogan
Commercial Strategy, Sales and Hotel Openings
Over a 38-year hotel career, worked at Hilton and Conrad Istanbul. Took Clarion Hotel Golden Horn through to opening and ran it as general manager for 10 years. Specialist in sales strategy and commercial performance.
